Welcome International Students and Scholars!
The Office of International Education is the first stop on campus for international students and visiting scholars. We provide support for students and scholars on F and J visas, including immigration advising and support for maintaining your immigration status while studying or teaching at Utica University. We also help you understand your health insurance and the U.S. Health Care System, introduce you to unique aspects of American university classrooms, and support you as you adjust to American culture.If you need assistance or have any questions, please contact us! Document Request | use to request a new I-20 or other documents from OIE |
Employment and Tax Form | required of students and scholars who work on campus |
Request for Program Extension | required of F-1 students who need more time to finish their degree program |
Reduced Course Load Request | required of students who need a reduced course load for academic reasons during their first semester, medical reasons at any time, or if they do not need a full course load during their final semester |
International Visitor Request | for any student who is inviting a non-US national to the United States for a Utica University event such as Commencement |
