Integrated Information Technology Services
IITS consists of three interdependent areas:
IITS' core mission is to:
- Provide appropriate and up-to-date information technology, pedagogical consultation, technical assistance, and training for faculty to integrate information and instructional technologies into their teaching and research activities;
- Furnish accessible, user-friendly computing facilities for administrators, faculty and students to empower their administrative, teaching, and learning experiences at Utica College, and;
- Maintain state-of-the-art Internet tools to support the College's advancement and online curricula expansion.
IITS is organized as follows:
The position of Director of Instructional Technology is held by Jeffrey Wetherill. Reporting to him are Instructional Technologist Rose Patterson, the
Networking Services staff, Garry Kosmoski and Scott Getz and
Computer Lab Services, staffed by Mike Clapsadl.
The Director of IITS Operations and Multimedia and Computer User Support Services is
Kathy Randall.
AV Services, staffed by Joel Sherer, Dominic Aiello, Mark Santa Maria, and Graham Espe and
Help Desk Services, coordinated by James Farr, report to Kathy.
Scott Humphrey is the Director of College Information and Application Services. Reporting to him are SCT Banner/PRIME Programming , Web Application Services, and Systems Administration. The staff in these functional areas include Bill Dundon, Steve Cromer, Jeff Ramsay, Lisa Bronk, Candice Ossowski, Diane Morisey, David Parker, and Stacy Ludwikowski.
