Grade Reporting Information for Students

Viewing Your Grades

1. Log in to your BannerWeb account
2. Click on “Student and Financial Aid”
3. Click on "Student Records”
4. Click on "Final Grades”
5. Select the Term and click the “Submit” button

Mid-Term Grades

There is no requirement for faculty to post mid-term grades in Banner. If your teacher(s) have posted mid-term grades, you will be able to view them via your Banner Web account.

Final Grades

Final grades must be submitted and entered into Banner no later than 48 hours after the conclusion of your final exam period.

Why can't I see my final grades yet? It's been 48 hours!

There are several reasons why you may not be able to view your grades. Two of the most common are:

1. Your instructor has not yet submitted your grade.
2. You have not completed all of your Opinnionaires online before the deadline. (Please note that the Registrar's Office does not place Opinnionaire holds on student accounts, and we cannot remove them.)

Students who complete all of their Opinnionaires are given access to their grades a week earlier than if you do not complete all of your Opinnionaires. If you have an Opinnionaire hold, you will be able to view your grades the following week, which is still earlier than you would have gotten your grades than when we used to mail them out on paper.
