Executive Director of Student Financial Services

Responsibilities: Planning, coordinating and administering financial aid and billing services to compliment the College’s enrollment and student success initiatives. Incumbent plays a key role in helping the College achieve its commitment to individual student attention by creating and maintaining a student-centered environment and in providing leadership for fund management and NCAA compliance. Successful candidate will possesses a solid competency of need analysis, packaging philosophies, funding practices and budgeting techniques. Duties also include responsibility for the effective coordination, reporting and compliance of all state, federal and institutional programs administered through the student financial services area and for collecting and compiling statistical information on financial aid expenditures, etc. for surveys and reports.

Qualifications: Masters degree required. Minimum five years experience in a supervisory/ leadership capacity. Prior experience with FISAP reporting, NCAA regulations, professional surveys and auditing practices required. Knowledge of office systems including loan software, packaging software and reporting software required. Excellent communication skills with a proven record of strong customer service skills required.
