The Office of Residence Life's Housing Selection Process is the primary method for all returning students to individually select their room for the upcoming Fall semester. Participation in the process is open to all full time Utica College students (Graduate and Undergraduate) and providing that they follow the necessary requirements and deadlines of the process, they will be guaranteed housing for upcoming year.
Residing on campus at Utica College contributes greatly to positive development of the entire campus community and the Housing Selection process has been designed to mirror those contributions. By succeeding academically and maintaining a positive presence on campus and within the residence halls students will be able to receive a higher priority status when selecting their rooms. In addition, we provide incentive for our junior and senior tudents to remain on campus by basing the Housing Selection Process on class standing. For a complete breakdown of how the Housing Selection Process works, read through the Housing Selection Booklet, as it lists all the dates, policies, and requirements specific to the process.
