Russ Haentges 2008: Collected two hits and one run scored in 10 appearances for the Pioneers… Best game came against Mt. Saint Vincent where he went 1-for-1 and collected five put-outs (03/16/08)… Totaled 15 at-bats and walked twice… Struck out six times… Finished the season with a .133 batting average… Registered 28 put-outs in the field… Opened the season with a two-game hit streak… Committed one error.

2007: Was able to drive in three runs off of two hits in his seven appearances for UC. His best game came as he went 1-for-3 against Oneonta and drove in two runs and had a walk in a 12-8 loss (5/2/07).

Personal: The son of Russ and Camille, Russ is a civil engineering major.
