A Message from the Director

Pioneer Pride is Alive

At Utica College, athletics is an integral part of our culture. Intercollegiate and intramural programs enrich the life of the campus and enhance the sense of community among students, faculty, and staff.

Our 21 intercollegiate sports teams engage in spirited competition and are well supported by members of the college community and the greater Utica area alike. Our student athletes take pride in wearing the Pioneer uniform and demonstrate that through tenacious preparation, sportsmanship, and service to the community.

Intramural activities involve close to 70% of our student body, as our intramural staff works hard to offer programs that meet the demands of our students.

Facility use is at an all-time high as UC students, faculty, and staff find a number of healthy outlets in the Harold T. Clark Athletic Center. Fitness activities, racquetball, and pick-up basketball are three of the most popular uses.
