Andrea Bader

Andrea Bader was hired as an assistant coach for the Utica College track and field teams in the summer of 2009. She will be responsible for overseeing the men’s and women’s sprinters as well as assisting Head Coach Jason Rose with all facets of the indoor and outdoor track and field teams.

Bader is a 2009 graduate of Tiffin University where she earned a degree in finance. A four year letter winner for the Tiffin track and field teams, she was an NAIA and NCAA Division II National qualifier as well as an Academic All-American. She set ten school records while at Tiffin including the indoor and outdoor 200 meter and long jump records in 2009. She also set the indoor 60 meter, 4 x 200 meter relay and 4 x 400 meter relay records as well as the outdoor 100 meter, 4 x 100 meter relay and 4 x 400 meter relay records.

Her previous coaching experience includes working the 2008 and 2009 Tiffin University track and field summer camps.

Originally from Mansfield, OH, she attended Ashland Crestview High School and graduated in 2005. She played basketball and excelled on the track, qualifying for the state tournament in 13 events, placing eight times, and her high school career culminated in a 200 meter dash state championship in 2005.

She currently resides in Utica, NY.
