Assistant Coach Jack Kane
Jack Kane began his coaching career at Utica College in 2004 after an extensive coaching and playing career in Clinton, NY.

He previously coached at Clinton High School, and was a journeyman player throughout professional hockey leagues across the United States. After being invited to the National Hockey League’s Detroit Red Wings’ preseason camp in the early 1950s he joined the Barry Flyers in 1954. He played with the Flyers until 1957, followed by a one-year stint with the Chatham Maroons. He won the Allen Cup with the Whitby Dulops in the late 50s, before joining the
Clinton Comets in 1960.

Kane played for the Comets of the East Coast Hockey League for 13 seasons, and he led the league in scoring on three occasions. The Toronto, Ontario native won four Walker Cups with the Comets.

Kane currently resides in Clinton with his wife Elaine.
