Forms & Functionality
The left hand navigation provides drop down navigation to access the following Curriculum Committee Course and Program Forms:
Course Forms
- Add A Course
- Revise A Course
- Delete A Course
- Add a Liberal Arts Designation
- Delete A Liberal Arts Designation
Program Forms
- Add a Major/Program
- Revise A Program
- Delete A Program
NOTE: If a proposal will involve program and course changes, start with the program form. The course forms are embedded within the program form and will be linked together as part of the same proposal.
Forms are linked together with sequential numbering so the proposals travel together throughout the approval process. For example, an add a program form with 2 add a course forms would be displayed as:
2018-01 New Program proposal form
>>2018-01-01 New Add a Course Form
>>2018-01-02 New Add a Course Form
Use the Actions icons to the far right of each proposal to View, Download, or Withdraw proposals.
