CNY Health Foundation: Leadership Competency Development
Description
The CNY Health Foundation sought a competency based online program for their leadership fellows. The program had to complement residencies and project work and was to be based on ACHE and IOM standards.
Action
The Institute designed a 12 competency model, with course content developed with a team of foundation fellows. A nine month sequence of modules included content, discussion forums, journaling, and mastery quiz. The Buffalo State University Blackboard delivery system was the hosting organization.
