Fall 2009 Gannett Library & IITS Newsletter
Many changes in services and staffing have taken place over the summer as the Library and IITS work closely to provide better service to the Utica College community:
- Computer Help Desk – new location on the first floor of the library
- New office locations
- New location for law books
- Instructional Technology help for students
- Multimedia stations in study rooms
- Scanning services for Faculty
- New online process for requesting equipment from Media Services
- Reserve computer labs online through EMS
- New library and IITS staff
