A Trip  Today in the morning Carme got up early to go to A Coruña.  She has a friend there and she is going to see her so that she can leave some themes for a job search.  She had to go to the town first and get the train there. When she got off the bus she went to the station to buy the ticket.  She didn't have to wait since it was early and as soon as they opened the ticket window and she bought the ticket she went to the canteen to have a coffee with milk.  On the rails, the train men were working.

At ten o'clock sharp the train came but it couldn't leave, as they said in the wagon, it had to wait for the arrival of  the Express.  It passed roaring without stopping, almost at the same time, the station boss let them leave.  Few were going  in that wagon and they didn't give  the Ticket man  a lot of work when he came to punch the tickets.  They crossed with a mail train later on and with an automobile, and without any other happenings, they arrived in A Coruña.

The return trip was faster since she made  it in a Line Coach which didn't have many stops.  She had a seat at the window, far from the door.  The man who charged for the tickets was overwhelmed giving out tickets and from time to time he had to go up the ladder to give some package of those who were going on top of the coach.  The highway was good, of asphalt, except for a piece where the workers were fixing ditches, some kilometers before arriving in the town.

Isn't it true that trips like that make a saint's blood boil?
