Utica College Offers Students Chance to Get Jump on Fall Semester
Great Selection of Online Summer Courses Never More Affordable
Utica College will offer an extended selection of online summer courses this year, giving students the opportunity to catch up or get ahead to complete their degree requirements early.
The summer courses are offered at extremely affordable rates, said Jeffery Gates, senior vice president of student affairs and enrollment management at the college.
For students currently enrolled at UC, the courses are just $200 each, plus fees. For those who are not enrolled at the college, the cost is $295 per credit hour, plus fees.
“We know that the pandemic has disrupted the lives of students and families,” Gates said, “and we want to give students every opportunity to complete their degree requirements on time or early.”
Eighteen majors – including criminal justice, cybersecurity, nursing and physical therapy – will offer classes.
“Our summer courses are taught by experienced UC faculty using the UC learning management system, and we can ensure that the courses meet stringent academic and transfer requirements,” Gates said.
