Biography
Corinne Tagliarina earned her B.A. in Political Science and English with a minor in Geology from Bowling Green State University, and went on to earn her M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Connecticut, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Human Rights. She is the director of the Human Rights Advocacy program at Utica College and teaches courses in Human Rights Advocacy and Government and Politics. Her research is on the Human Right to Water and she has previously worked with the CIRI Human Rights Data Project. Prior to coming to Utica College, Corinne taught at Lycoming College and Clark University.
